Owners of
businesses and assets.
Ribas Capital owns and develops operating businesses, digital infrastructure and real assets. We act as principals — with concentration, and with permanent capital under our direct control.
Considered ownership.
A small number of positions across three disciplines — software and infrastructure, real assets, and principal investments — selected for durability, structure and the quality of their stewardship.
The mandate is private and permanent. We do not raise outside capital, and we do not market our activity.
- 01
Long-term philosophy
We allocate capital with a permanent mandate. The absence of an exit clock changes the questions we ask, the businesses we own and the operators we partner with. Time, properly used, is the most under-priced advantage in private markets.
- 02
Capital preservation
Compounding begins with not losing. Before we underwrite return, we underwrite resilience — balance sheet integrity, structural moats, and a business model that endures across rate, currency and demand regimes.
- 03
Strategic allocation
Our portfolio is concentrated by intention. We size positions to conviction and to the quality of the underlying business — not to a benchmark, a vintage, or a fund cycle. Each allocation must earn its place against the rest of the book.
- 04
Infrastructure mindset
We think like owners of infrastructure: long lifespans, real cash flows, careful governance, and incremental compounding. Whether the asset is a software system, a building, or an operating company, the discipline is the same.
